Main dishes: red crab rice cake, grilled pork ribs, black pepper lamb chops, salt-baked prawns, sakura shrimp glutinous rice, and steamed grouper.

Soups: Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, shark fin soup, seafood soup, black-bone chicken soup, chicken, piglet and turtle soup.

Desserts: Eight Treasure Sweet Soup, Fried Rice Balls, Fried Taro Balls, Ice Cream, and Fruit Platter.
