Lanyang Food was founded in 1984. It develops and improves its own technology to provide a variety of high-quality and exquisite side dishes. It supplies major domestic five-star hotels, chain catering operators, supermarkets, and mass merchandisers. It also exports to 34 countries around the world. It has The five major brands are:Master Hai, Hua Jin Ji, Lan Tian, Lan Tian Vegetarian Foodas well asOumi Bazaar., the items include salads, staple dishes, soups, side dishes, desserts and other choices to meet diverse needs.
In recent years, due to the rising awareness of health and environmental protection, and feeling the changes in the environment, and in response to future dietary trends and commitment to sustainable development, in 2019, we established a dedicated production line for vegetarian food and transformed into the development of vegetarian food preparations. We want to do our part for the social environment. It is also the company’s original intention to practice “take from the society and use it to the society”.
Lanyang Food has been deeply involved in the food industry for 40 years and has won a reputation in the industry for its excellent quality and excellent service. The Founder, Chairman Lu Gen-Tien
The chairman is the current honorary chairman of the Taiwan Fisheries Industry Association
Growing up in the natural and beautiful Lanyan Plain of Yilan, northeastern county of Taiwan, with a family engaging in agriculture, he started farming since childhood. Therefore, he has special sentiments for the land and its harvest, which triggered his hope for future engagement in the business of food industry.
Completing his military service, he worked as a clerk in the Da Dao Cheng area of Taipei City for a certain period. Afterwards, he founded the “Land Yang Foods” in 1984. He started with selling jellyfish and other kinds of foods from across Taiwan and other areas, then he gradually stepped into the field of ready-to-eat food. He encountered ups and downs along the way. Nevertheless, what remains unchanged is his dedication to the food industry. He said that his family taught him to well remember three motto words: Honesty, seriousness, persistence.
Be honest to consumers; always using good raw materials to make good products; earnestly engagement in research and development to bring about new products; to improve technology of food processing; to be responsible for your own brand and insist on maintaining the best quality.
Our orientation is to produce food with good quality and best service, which also means the provision of healthy and delicious food ,made with sincerity and diligence. Rooted in Taiwan, stretching to other part of the world, we would like to distribute our healthy and delicious dishes of frozen-prepared food to each dining table, and to share with everyone in the world.

The production process of Lanyang food is in compliance with Food Good Manufacturing Practice (FGMP) and Standard Sanitation Operating Procedure (SSOP), and at the same time, it has introduced FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP and EU food safety management system, through layers of prudent checks, so that consumers can enjoy While delicious, it is also safe, hygienic and safe to eat.
