What is Santa Ana House doing?
Located in Shilin District, Taipei City, St. Anna's Home was founded in 1972 by Dutch priest Father Yongen Bai. It was once the most famous orphanage for disabled children in Taiwan. It has been in service for more than half a century, and has taken in nearly a thousand disabled children. In 2011 and 2017, it was awarded the excellent grade by the Social Affairs Bureau of the Taipei City Government.
