The 2025 Taipei International Food Show will be held at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center from June 25 to 28, bringing together food brands and buyers from around the world to showcase the latest trends and cutting-edge technologies. This year's theme is "Precision Food Era. Green Wisdom", focusing on nutrition, deliciousness, safety and sustainability, and creating a diverse and innovative food ecosystem.

🌱Sneak peek at the highlights of the exhibition | Six new dishes are unveiled for the first time:

※Lanyang Foods launches new light staple foods: from left to right: golden barley edamame, Mexican lemon quinoa edamame, Greek vinegar-flavored light lentils
  1. Greek Lentils with Vinegar
    A combination of chickpeas, red and green lentils and red peppers, paired with refreshing lemon and balsamic vinegar, exuding a strong Mediterranean flavor.
  2. Mexican Lemon Quinoa Edamame
    Quinoa and non-GMO edamame are intertwined to create layers of texture, paired with jalapeno and lemon juice, creating a balanced sour and aromatic flavor.
  3. Golden Barley Edamame
    Barley and red wheat are paired with corn kernels, edamame and carrots, with a multi-layered chewy texture and colorful colors, and full of nutrition.
  4. Curried Chickpeas
    Chickpeas are stewed with ingredients such as king oyster mushrooms and taro, and served with special curry and coconut milk. It is fragrant and unforgettable.
  5. Passion Fruit Crispy Papaya
    Crisp green papaya shreds mixed with passion fruit sauce and paired with red and white radishes are the best appetizer for summer.
  6. Lotus Root with Peppercorns
    Carefully selected lotus root slices paired with special chili oil and Dahongpao pepper oil are spicy and addictive, leaving you with an endless aftertaste.
