Lan Yang Food breaks the boundaries between meat and vegetables with its diverse cuisine, welcoming the new generation of sustainable development

The 2024 International Taipei Food Show was grandly opened at the Nangang Exhibition Center on June 26, with the themes of "Future Food" and "Food Safety and Sustainability". At this exhibition, Lan Yang Food launched three plant-based meat dishes, including "Wigan Generation Burger"、"Vitality Light Vegetable Dumplings” and this year’s most popular new product “Red Quinoa Vegetable and Meat Pearl Balls", mainly plant-based meat, extends to different daily dishes. Among them, plant-based minced meat was developed in collaboration with the Food Research Institute for a year, improving the traditional bean smell, with a soft and elastic texture and rich layers. In addition, different types of dishes were also launched on site, including the first exposure of new exotic side dishes "Thai Lotus Root", "Thai Papaya Salad" and the long-selling frozen drink "Q Bo Mang Mang Poplar Nectar"、"Q Boo Mo Mo Cha Cha" and a series of dishes, adhering to the concept of "healthy, convenient and delicious", can be thawed or heated and eaten.
