Seafood Expo North America was held in Boston from March 10 to 12 at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center in Massachusetts, USA. Exhibitors from more than 45 countries gathered on site to demonstrate the North American market’s demand and attention to the seafood industry. According to the announcement of the organizer (SeafoodSource), the exhibition area in 2024 will be larger than last year, and new companies are actively invited to participate in this exhibition, hoping to bring more new atmosphere and matchmaking opportunities.
The second stop of Lanyang Food's overseas exhibition this year is the "North American Seafood Expo". The main exhibits include rich Japanese cuisine such as crayfish salad, delicious shredded wakame, fish roe, etc., and on-site tasting is provided. In order to participate in this exhibition, we have specially developed a new product "Wasabi Quinoa Edamame" and unveiled it at this exhibition. The edamame is seasoned with wasabi flavor and can be used with other dishes. It is also an appetizer that makes the senses bright. The development of new products expresses our attention to the exhibition and we also look forward to getting actual feedback from the market. In addition, 4 low-carbon packaging products (such as plant meat dumplings, vegetarian chicken cubes, and vegetable meatballs) are specially displayed to show our support for the concept of sustainability. The outer box is printed with environmentally friendly soybean ink, which can be integrated into the natural environment after decomposition. Recyclable vacuum bags are used, which can be reused repeatedly after washing. Finally, the traditional plastic tray inside the dumplings is removed to reduce the demand for plastic resources.
