Yesterday (8th), we were honored to have Da Ai TV anchor Ni Mingjun, 2022 world bodybuilding champion Prakasit Kruabut, and Vegetarian 8 founder Mr. Jiang Guoqing and others visit Lan Yang Food’s third plant in Yilan. This plant is an independent vegetarian plant that specializes in vegetarian cuisine. The production lines and equipment are independently set up without cross-production, allowing vegetarians to eat with more peace of mind.

Bakasi Klub is the first vegetarian bodybuilder in Thailand. He has been a vegetarian since he was 24 years old, started his fitness career at the age of 26, and became the 2022 world champion at the age of 35. During the interview, Bakasi Klub shared that many people think that not eating meat, eggs, and milk will result in insufficient nutrition. However, as a bodybuilder for 9 years, he proved that vegetarians can also have enough protein to increase muscle. The honor of bodybuilding champion is not only Bakasi Klub's personal achievement, but also a successful vegetarian life case. He showed the public that exercise and vegetarianism can coexist without giving up one choice.

During the visit, we actively introduced Lan Yang Food’s emphasis on and philosophy of vegetarianism, and provided a series of vegan dishes to introduce Taiwan’s vegetarian culture. This exchange also made us believe that vegetarianism is a good lifestyle and dietary attitude, and promoting vegetarianism so that more people are willing to try it is also our goal.
